Business Need
Erma Construction Inc Co. was seeking a sofware capable of
incorporating processes such as enterprise resource planning (ERP),
leasing offices, management of shopping centers and tracking of
investments. Key business needs underlying this need were as follows:
* Management of leasing and sales processes of investments made
by the Maya Construction group,
* Tracking the investments in progress,
* Reporting of the investment costs,
* Tracking the returns on investments,
* Administering the lease processes of assets hired out;

* Systematical storage of product and action data for project
management processes, ensuring smooth access to and reuse, when the
need arises, of analyzes and unit prices specified in contracts for
previous projects, and thereby ensuring a shorter and error-free
proposal preparation period,
* Ensuring conformance of contracts made with employers to the
provisions of agreements,
* Work schedules produced should conveniently allow revisions, and
further display the differences between revisions per activity,
