Within the portfolio of the holding are dwellings, offices, shopping centers
and land assets. Laid, cultivated and ultimately grown to be a gigantic
holding in 1972 across the importance attached to industrialization and
service, the group, together with its affiliates, provides employment for
more than 2 thousand people today.
Business Needs
Maya Construction and Trade Inc. Co was seeking a software capable of
integrating key processes of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP),
Construction Project Management, Residence and Office Leasing and Investment
Monitoring on project basis in consolidated form. Major business needs
underlying this search were as follows:
- Systematical storage of product and action data for project
management processes, ensuring smooth access to and reuse, when the need
arises, of analyzes and unit prices specified in contracts for previous
projects, and thereby ensuring a shorter and error-free proposal
preparation period,
- Ensuring conformance of contracts made with employers to the
provisions of agreements,
- Work schedules produced should conveniently allow revisions, and
further display the differences between revisions per activity,
- Automatic link should be in place between work schedules and
income-expense and cash flows.
- Convenience in correct planning of material and service supply per
activity and further in the reflection of project revisions to material
and service planning,
- Purchasing services should run in integration with project segments
per activity, and project revisions should directly be reflected to the
