Polimeks Construction Company was seeking a software capable of incorporating the Corporate Resource Planning (ERP) and Project Management processes. The key business needs behind this search were as follows:

• Systematical storage of product and action data for project management processes, ensuring smooth access to and reuse, when the need arises, of analyzes and unit prices specified in contracts for previous projects, and thereby ensuring a shorter and error-free proposal preparation period,

• Work schedules produced should conveniently allow revisions, and further display the differences between revisions per activity,
• Automatic link should be in place between work schedules and income-expense and cash flows.
