Sistemyapi, a subsidiary of Sistem Group, was established in 1977 and since then has been carrying out undertaking business in infrastructure, housing and industrial facility construction. Its water and waste water treatment unit was established in 1978 and became the leading company in this field. It carries on its activities both in the country and abroad with the same performance.

Business Need

SSistemyapi was in need of software that integrates Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Project Management processes. The basic business needs that pushed Sistemyapi to this search was as follows:

• Product and activity information regarding project processes should have been stored systematically, this way proposal preparation process should have been shorter and there should not have been erroneous results,
• An automatic connection should have been established between work programs and income-expense and cash flows.
• There should not have been any problem in correct planning of material and service procurement and reflecting project revisions to material and service planning,
• Purchasing services should not have worked integrally with project plans, project revisions should not have been reflected to purchasing services directly,
• Central monitoring of work progresses in projects and their reasonable reporting should have been ensured,
• The integration of project progresses with accounting management should have been realized and project profitability should have been monitored momentarily,
• Deviations from income-expense budget and their reflections to cash flow should have been monitored,
• Using different software for the above business needs resulted with not providing integration between these softwares and not being able to calculate the net profitability of the projects and company accurately and on time. This should have been prevented.

• Monitoring of accounting transactions, obtaining standard accounting reports,
